Kate's Speech at East Anglia's Children's Hospice, Suffolk
Below are some pictures from this event. The Daily Mail noted that Kate's mother has worn this very same dress. They obviously borrow each other's clothes. You can watch Kate's speech by following this link: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/index.html

Zara: Embracing Hats and Katherine Hooker Coats
The Daily Mail has been reporting on Zara and her hats this week. Here are some of the latest pictures of her wearing a beautiful feathered hat and a Katherine Hooker coat - one that looks very similar to the one that both Kate and Pippa own.
Below are some of Zara's other looks of the week:

Dress 911
I came across this site the other day, while looking for dresses similar to what we see Kate in. And I found Dress 911 - an independent Canadian business!
While some of their looks are nothing like what Kate would wear, there are some pieces in the collection that are, you just need to be willing to look through the many pages to find them.
Here are just a few of my favourites, because they are hour-glass sillouhettes and they are similar to the timeless and classic looks that Kate is obviously attracted to:

Again, these dresses are similar to what Kate seems to gravitate towards when choosing dresses or looks. Some of these dresses even look reminiscent of things Kate has worn in the past - due to some of the details.
Pair these dresses, or others like them, with structured jackets if you like, and heels to finish the look!

Get Your Coloured Denim
In my last post I suggested GAP as a store where you could get your own coloured denim, for a Kate inspired look.
Here is the pair from Charlotte Ruse:
However, while this was true, their colour options are limited and do not seem to include coral in a skinny jean but only as a looser khaki boyfriend fit.
But do not fear! Charlotte Ruse carries a really nice looking coral coloured skinny jean. I also found a pair on Garage's website, but I wasn't that fond of the fit or look of the pant.

Charles, Camilla and Kate and Other Events
I know there is a HUGE gap in between this post and my last, but hopefully I will be able to post again consistently!
Here are some pictures from an outing that Charles, Camilla and Kate took, to a children's gallery - a charity of Charles's.
Also below are some pictures of Kate looking quite sporty as she spends some time playing with the GB teams at the Riverside Arena in the Olympic Park.
Once again we see Kate wearing a very becoming, classic, sillouhette. Her gress is also simple grey with some black details at the chest and a tie around her waist. She looks great all of the time because she sticks with what she knows looks good on her, and even though some might say she looks mumsy or boring, looking back at these pictures she will look timeless.
Thankfully, due to the duchess's endoursement of wearing pieces like these, the fashion world has somewhat responded (so her look can't be that bad!). You can find similar sillouhettes at stores like GAP and other big brands. Look for hour-glass shapes and structured pieces and you will be on the right track!
GAP, like many other stores nowadays, also carry coloured jeans. So it's easy to get yourself a pair like Kates!
