Kate Arrives at the Royal Albert Hall Wearing Zara

Once again Kate shows that, despite being a royal duchess, she's sort of just like us :) Kate was dressed in the "Lace Tulip" dress from the ever accessible Zara yesterday evening. According to the Daily Mail, the Duchess of Cambridge; Prince William, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall all attended Gary Barlow's performance in aid of some of the riot stricken places in England at the Royal Albert Hall.

Kate looked stunning in the relatively short dress, a hemline we don't see her wearing much these days. Kate also wore a black belt with the dress, adding her own touch to the outfit; which is very in keeping with her obvious love of cinched waists or waist-conscious clothes. This look definitely suited Kate and her slender and tall frame, and she looked classic but definitely on-trend for Barlow's pop performance.

The jacket that Kate was sporting, over the dress, was last seen on the duchess on the day after her wedding to Prince William. The Daily Mail reported in their article on this event, that the jacket was Ralph Lauren, and thanks to the blog "whatkatewore" (http://whatkatewore.com/), it seems fairly certain that it is in fact Ralph Lauren.

In the meantime, enjoy these pictures and short video clip of the duchess as she arrives at the event. In the video, notice how Camilla acknowledges Kate with a friendly little wave and a big smile. Kate reciprocated the Duchess of Cornwall's greeting, showing a mutual respect and like for one another. This is definitely nice to see, Kate is obviously seen as a great addition to the family and the royals are seemingly working hard to make sure that she realizes that.
