I don't really like this outfit much. The dress looks pretty, from what I can see of it, but the jacket makes it look to tough and hard for me. The boots are nice, but again, with the jacket, the look is too hard. Her hair is looking lovely though. I liked it when she was in NYC too. And I wonder why no tights? She must be remebering the weather in New York, and doesn't want to wish summer away.
